Regular Human Detoxification for Optimum Health

June 27th, 2010 | Posted in Arthritis Pain | No Comments »

I believe we are all heavy metal toxic, and that heavy metals in human tissue, could be at the root of many human health conditions today, starting with your dental fillings of which apparently over 150,000,000 million Americans still have mercury amalgam fillings in their mouths, and mercury, is considered to be one of the most toxic elements on the planet.

So, it only stands to reason, that we need to try to remove as much of this from our bodies as possible. As metals are very difficult to remove, this requires a fairly intense protocol and a fair bit of research and experimentation. What seems to be clear, is that the herb cilantro, and the sea algae chlorella, both have a benefit when it comes to removing metals naturally from the human body. Presently, I am using cilantro in 3 forms, that is, fresh, frozen cubes and liquid tincture. As far as chlorella, I have experimented a bit with different pill forms, but, I have settled on a powdered form that I mix with my morning smoothie and I have also added Sea Vegetables of all kinds ;-)
Go get this great book on chlorella here: http://www.chlorellafactor.com/

I have been detoxing for a couple of years now, from the effects of heavy metal poisoning, mostly, I believe from my dental amalgam mercury fillings. However, I grew up on the Detroit River, in Windsor , Ontario in the fifties and early sixties, and did my fair share of swimming in it, so I tend to think, that may, have a little to do with my symptoms? You can read more about detoxing and fasting at http://www.thethrash.com.

Whatever your birth place and/or life experience, there is a good chance, if you are alive today in 2010, that you suffer from some of the effects, of heavy metal toxic overload. If you still have mercury dental fillings, it is highly recommended, to have these removed, to start on your way to better health. I am halfway through this process myself, as of this writing, I have just replaced the bottom half of my mouth, and  hope to finish the top this year?

The problem is that metals tend to get into our blood, bones and tissue, causing all kinds of symptoms, that are very difficult to diagnose. To make matters worse, the symptoms seem to change at whim, and can manifest anywhere in the body, practically overnight? In my case the worst of it has been tingling in extremities and massive skin outbreaks, that have moved all over my body, but, has settled mostly in my lower legs at this point. After almost two years of detoxing, it would appear, that I still have quite a ways to go, so my recommendation is that you get busy with a detox protocol, as over time it will serve you well in maintaining healhty check ups ;-) and ultimately aid your body in it’s ability to heal itself as nature intended. Mind Over Matter – A Strange Myth?

June 27th, 2010 | Posted in Arthritis Pain | No Comments »

A lot of people have a hard time believing that they can change their circumstances. If you are like most people, you believe that what you have is what you are stuck with. Understanding the concept of mind over matter will change all that.

The truth is, everything can be put down to mind over matter. We all have the capacity to master our own mind power. You just need to know how to do it.

One of the ways you can begin to develop using mind over matter is to practice turning your negative thoughts into positive affirmations. Spend some time thinking about what it means to control every aspect of your life with your thoughts. You could bring about a better job, more money, happier relationships, a healthier body and a happier disposition easily when you know how.

Another very simple way to begin using mind over matter is to start using affirmations. When you go to work and think silently to yourself, “I hate my job, my co-workers, and my boss”, all you are doing is setting yourself up for disappointment.

Your subconscious mind has already been programmed to make you feel dread toward your job. Because of that negative belief, your life is highly impacted in all areas because your job is a huge part of your life.

A good example would be to use mind over matter techniques by repeating to yourself several times a day something that you may not believe, such as “I love my job, my co-workers, and my boss”.

No matter how much you disagree with that statement, just try it. Eventually, you will begin to believe it, quite like those negative thoughts that have been bombarding your mind all these years.

You can easily see that everything is mind over matter once you take a step back and examine your previous experiences. Take for example someone who has been through a violent and abusive relationship. If they have been called names such as fat and stupid, eventually, if they remain in that relationship, their self-esteem will come soaring down.

The reason why is because although they may not realize it, they have come to believe those terrible things about themselves, not consciously, but subconsciously. All of these negative beliefs eventually lead to a life full of pain, sorrow, and disbelief.

This is because the sub-conscious mind becomes programmed by telling it what you want to believe over and over again. At first a person in such a negative relationship might think ‘I’m not those things’. The thought doesn’t feel right, but over time they begin to believe it and then they begin taking actions that reinforce that belief.

The mind can do amazing things. Scientists believe that humans use only 10% of their brain power. The remaining 90% is sitting latent in your skull, waiting for an opportunity to exert the power to create a life of abundance and joy.

It really is possible to live a life of joy and abundance once you have mastered the principles of mind over matter.

The Easy Way to Book Your Trip on the Web?

June 27th, 2010 | Posted in Arthritis Pain | No Comments »

Start researching in advance if you’re booking a flight for any holidays, that special event, a wedding or a sail. You should know that there have been capacity cuttings on all the airlines these last couple of years, so there will be fewer places for those flights on holidays.

If you’re traveling on an spontaneously getaway, you can search and book at the last minute, but if you need to travel to the top vacation places you can get for an event, that cruise or Christmas or Mother’s Day, booking an airfare at least six weeks in advance is without doubt a good idea.

Travel gurus advise the best time to search for your flight online is a Monday or Tuesday. Airways typically decrease fares at the beginning of the week and put them up again toward the end of the week. Start your request for reserving your flight with a flight search engine that does a large fare search. This should give back a number of flights with the best schedule and cost.

You can save a lot of money, if you consider taking to a smaller airport. Flight tickets can be more dirt cheap from those outlying airports and parking may be more affordable too. Whenever your time off allows for it, try to fly on non-peak days. For instance, in the States, it’s better to avoid the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the Sunday after. Those are unquestionably peak travel days and will be the most high-ticket.

Don’t believe just the main search engines are the right place to search. Check airline sites in your search to make your reservation of flights. Airline carriers pay commissions to other flight booking engines, so more and more they are putting up the best deals on their own websites. There you can discover specials that other search engines don’t provide. These bargains often pop up for some days, and they’re normally not advertised.

It’s best to avoid itineraries that involve various connections or several airlines. Every connection and stop is a potential problem for lacked connections. You might save some dollars if every thing works right, but you’ll have a real headache if things fail. And if you’ve got to be in that location, a few additional dollars for a non-stop or direct flight is well worth the balance! Get up ahead of time and catch the first flight. It’s usually the flight that is least probably to be delayed.

If you need a flight for that event, wedding, holiday or cruise, we suggest to book your flight at least 24 hours before you have to go. If there is a connection, assure there is enough time to take the next plane, even if the first one is delayed. Look for a minimum connection time of two hours.

Delays depending on the weather happen all over the year and the airlines are not responsible for these. You should have in mind that the airline doesn’t compensate you. They will do their best to get you on the next possible flight, but that might not be within 24 hours, and if you haven’t allowed sufficient time, you may lack the flight connection to your romantic vacation in Phuket, the stunning event or the wedding party.

Be clever when you’re making your flight reservation online, and your holiday will get off to a good starting and you’ll arrive on time.

Learn About Energy Healing

June 26th, 2010 | Posted in Arthritis Pain | No Comments »

Energy healing may be the practice of restoring the flow of one’s bodily energies by literally recovery damage that has been done on the channels along which it truly is thought to flow.

Belief inside the power on the human spirit, and the fact that it truly is simultaneously separate yet connected to our physical bodies is something that could be traced back to dozens of different cultures over thousands of years of human history.

If there’s one point that the many diverse religions with the Far East have in common may be the belief from the presence of an aura of vigor that follows every of us around, and flows by means of us from the day we are born on the day that we die. Whether the nature of this field is metaphysical, electromagnetic, or simply beyond the understanding of modern science is still up for debate.

What is commonly agreed on is always that a person’s aura is tied very closely with their physical body, and that any form of weakness or in balance that comes upon a persons aura will reflect itself in that person’s susceptibility to physical disorder.

Vigor recovery is really a form of holistic alternative medicine, and encompasses a wide variety of tactics that are designed to restore flow and a sense of balance and harmony to a person’s intrinsic life force.

From the Indian subcontinent, on the Chinese, on the Japanese, every single unique culture has come up with its very own system of energy recovery, set firmly within the belief that physical improvements in health can only occur after the Spirit has been sufficiently strengthened.

Several of these natural therapy techniques depend upon one’s own mental fortitude to be successful, and require that an individual is capable to sit quietly in the meditative state, and focus on re-balancing their inner self. It is extremely feasible to become a self-educated expert about the inner workings from the human aura, and the methods where it interacts harmoniously with the globe we live in, although it will likely take years of dedication and patience in order to attain true mastery.

Other energy recovery strategies, including Japanese Reiki, will demand that an individual submit on the treatment of a professional from the recovery arts. Within the case of Reiki, healing sessions will take place in the same way deep tissue massage will.

The man or women who is going by way of this process of having the balance of power restored will be encouraged to lie down and heading to a state of deep relaxation, despite the fact that they’ll be awake the whole time. Reiki can only be conducted by somebody who is sensitive towards feedback that is generated by imperfections in a person’s Chi.

By channeling their very own vigor, and directing it into the body in the patient, the healer seeks to restore balance.  This Japanese-style holistic healing is just 1 example of energy healing practices that have been utilized regularly for centuries, and continue to become popular these days. As the Western world begins to catch on, we will hopefully begin to see a rising trend within the number of folks which are in a position to experience the advantages of restoring balance to their spiritual well-being.
